Equipoise Occupational Therapy offers home-based or in-office Occupational therapy services, specializing in aging in place, home safety, fall prevention, dementia care and integrative therapies for stress management.

Owner and licensed Occupational Therapist, Tamasin Kekic, is passionate about providing occupational therapy services to older adults in their homes. She uses an Occupational Therapy (OT) model of practice that views the strengths and characteristics of a person, the features of the physical environment, and care partner roles as interdependent. An individuals’ goals are the primary objective in OT treatment planning to help obtain greater ease and well-being in health and life management.

Equipoise Occupational Therapy grew from Tamasin’s experience delivering home-based OT services through Home Care agencies serving Southern Vermont and New Hampshire. Including a desire to provide a more specialized OT treatment plan to client and/or carepartner needs with goals in alignment with an engaged and meaningful life for that specific individual.

Care coordination and timely communication in health management is a top priority at Equipoise OT in delivering high quality and individualized Occupational Therapy in an often confusing and difficult to navigate health care system.

Tamasin has completed many advanced trainings and specialty certifications in Integrative Mind-Body Practices targeting Anxiety and Stress Management, Fall Prevention, Cognitive Rehabilitation, Dementia Care, and newly added CranioSacral Therapy offerings.
