A Medicare Part B participating provider, Tamasin offers occupational services customized to clients’ needs.
Occupational Therapy services can be initiated with a doctors referral. Equipoise OT provides Outpatient OT services under traditional Medicare B and as an out of network provider with some insurances. Skills2Care support services for caregivers can be provided as a consultative service to a caregiver with private pay options, or possibly billed to insurance under a treatment plan for somebody living with dementia.
