TAI CHI for FALL PREVENTION: DATES TBD

Level 1 Form for beginners and experienced Tai Chi players with a focus on Fall prevention, slow & continuous movement, joint stability, and balance. Excellent for people noticing changes with their balance and walking. All levels welcome.

Yoga for ALL abilities, seated in a chair, with chair as a prop, including all of the benefits of yoga; tension reduction, joint mobility, strengthening, balance, mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation.
